In a sensational T20 International showdown, England clinched a remarkable victory against West Indies in the 4th T20I, fueled by Phil Salt’s explosive back-to-back century.

England, batting first, posted a daunting total of 267 for 3 in their 20 overs, courtesy of Salt’s phenomenal 119 runs off just 57 deliveries. His blistering knock, accompanied by Jos Buttler’s 55 and Liam Livingstone’s unbeaten 54, propelled England to their highest T20I score against a Full Member nation.

West Indies, tasked with chasing down an imposing 268, faced a formidable English bowling attack. Despite spirited efforts from Andre Russell, who hammered five sixes, and Nicholas Pooran’s aggressive batting, West Indies stumbled and were ultimately dismissed for 192 in just 15.3 overs.

Reece Topley’s three wickets, complemented by Sam Curran and Rehan Ahmed’s contributions, restricted the West Indian lineup.

Salt’s fiery innings not only sealed a remarkable win but also marked a historic achievement, becoming only the second man from a Full Member nation to register back-to-back centuries in T20Is. With this win, England leveled the series at 2-2, setting the stage for a nail-biting decider at Tarouba on Thursday.
