The 37-year-old tennis icon last competed professionally almost a year ago before succumbing to a series of recurring injuries that have haunted his illustrious career, including knee, wrist, and foot problems.

Nadal’s 2023 Australian Open injury saw him undergo two rounds of hip surgery, sparking concerns that he might never return to the sport. However, the indomitable spirit that defines Nadal propelled him back into training and competition.

Expressing excitement and determination about his comeback, Nadal revealed that he aims to bid farewell to his fans while rediscovering the joy of playing tennis and maintaining a competitive edge.
