Bangladesh team's fitness test starts tomorrow early in the morning

After the T20 World Cup, the cricketers were busy in the training camp. Now it’s time to prepare for Pakistan tour. Meanwhile, the head coach Chandika Hathurusinghe, who is on leave, has returned to the country. Spin coach Mushtaq Ahmed will return tonight.

Bangladesh cricket team’s head coach Chandika Hathurusingha have returned to Dhaka. Mushtaq is scheduled to reach Dhaka at 11 tonight. Other coaches have already returned to Dhaka. All members of the coaching staff will be in the camp for the tour of Pakistan starting tomorrow.

The coach is wasting no time in getting back to work, with a training camp scheduled to begin today (Saturday) as the team prepares for the Pakistan series.

Chandika Hathurusingha will commence the training camp for the Pakistan series from today (Saturday). Meanwhile, the head coach has already provided plans for the Champions Trophy. Jalal Yunus Chowdhury, head of the BCB’s cricket operations department, shared this information last Wednesday.

As part of the preparation for the Pakistan series, a fitness test of the cricketers will be held at the Bangabandhu National Stadium on Saturday (03 August) at 6 am. BCB cricketer operations in-charge Shahriar Nafees confirmed that the fitness test will be held at Bangabandhu Stadium from 6 am to 6:30 am.

Bangladesh team is scheduled to travel to Pakistan on 16 August to play a two-match Test series. The first Test will be played in Rawalpindi on 21 August and the second in Karachi from 30 August.
